My kid.

One night my telephone rang at about 2:30 or 3:00 a.m.  I had un-plugged the telephone in my bedroom for some reason, and had to run down the hall to the kitchen to answer the phone.

My 16 year old daughter was calling.

She sounded like she was in real distress and something bad had happened.

I said, "what's the matter" "where are you" "are you okay"

She said, "there's a mouse in my room"

I said, "what"

"There's a mouse standing on its back legs looking at me"

Robyn, was in her bedroom downstairs and had her own phone line.

I'd probably been mad if it wasn't so funny.

I think the funniest part is she could hear me running down the hall to answer the phone.

"YOU'VE GOT TO LOVE ME TO KNOW ME" (Ѿ)

Oh that's too funny! I have a similar story..daughter came into my room crying, terrified. I thought she had something terrible happen..she had been out..she said.."look at my leg! I have a TICK on my leg!!!!"

I stumbled, rubbed my eyes and got a close look...it was a dot of tar from the new paved road they has just tarred..

Kids...gotta love 'em..

Oh, I'm laughing at you too Colleen!

As far as Robyn and the mouse, she's just so much like her mama:) And I bet dollars to donuts she was holding in a huge laugh...

Too funny!!
